Ingredients:
- 4 fish fillets (tilapia, cod, or your choice of white fish)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (or cooking spray)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Fish: Pat the fish fillets dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Make the Coating:
- In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In a second shallow bowl, beat the egg.
- In a third shallow bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
